We are in this for the long haul. LeaseNet believes in the powerful results of compounding returns. What started as a single fund in 2017 with seven assets, has now developed into a powerful, multi-fund portfolio with a total of over 60 single-tenant assets. After considerable planning, we have decided to expand our scope of target acquisitions and include assets such as medical offices and car washes. We chose these asset types due to their high presence in urban and sub-urban markets, as well as offering competitive annual operating income. This of course is in addition to our traditional assets such as Dollar Stores, auto-repair shops, and pharmacies.
